What a great read! It is very simple, easy to understand, and effortless to implement in your day-to-day life. I really love the concept behind it, and it makes a lot of sense. It's so easy for me to incorporate in my daily routine and is a great way to boost my productivity! Understanding this simple concept has really helped me in getting more done since I read it a couple of weeks ago—highly recommended.

This book has successfully packed, in a single book and strategy system, lessons that I came to know only after years of failing and researching. I'm grateful now that I can share this single book to others instead of the dozen resources I used to reference to.
Even as someone who has read many books on the subject, I still found pointers that I'm going to implement on my personal system starting today. I'd recommend it to absolutely everyone who's willing to become a more efficient version of themselves, either as a first approach, or as a complimentary read.

I read a lot of productivity books, and this one is now one of my favorites. It was clearly well-researched, and I like that the author took some time to explain how our brains work before diving into suggestions. I found the end-of-chapter summaries to be a welcome review and reinforcement of the author's points. If the goal of this book was to explain and convince me of the value of 1-minute habits, then mission accomplished!

This is a seriously life-changing book. I've been following its principles for just over two months and the results are huge. I've finally caught up on lots of things that were abandoned on the back burner for a long long time. And it's so easy! It's probably the easiest thing in the world to do that however can reap enormous benefits. I'm very happy I was lucky enough to come across this author.

If you need any motivation or have issues with procrastination, this book is for you! This book will help you simplify your goal/project and will keep you focused. The key is consistency and Raghib Ahmed does a fabulous job going into detail on how consistency creates positive changes.
