I am new to Ayurveda and this book has really showed me what it is all about. I experience a lot of stress in my life and am looking for some relief. I can't wait to put what I have learned in to practice. Ayurveda is about connecting your body, mind, and spirit, I think this could really work for me. This is such a great little book. This is my first book on Ayurveda and it was right on for a beginner like me. I am familiar with Ayurveda but wanted to delve deeper. Whether you are just finding out about how good it is to follow an Ayurvedic lifestyle or are a seasoned Vedic, the format is great and choices to promote each individuals health and healing are definitely available in this book.

As a guy who works out everyday and who knows a lot about health and natural living, I didn't have the slightest idea of what Ayurveda was. It was a pleasant surprise to know that I was actually practicing Ayurveda. This book is all about the science of life. It teaches you how to live healthier and remove all the stress and strain from your life. It is a simple to read and easy to understand book. It sends you on a path to health and happiness.

This book does a great job of explaining Ayurveda – what it is and how it can benefit your life. It tells you everything you could want to know about this Indian practice including the routines to follow in order to get the most out of Ayurveda. It’s definitely a great read for anybody who’s interested in Ayurveda, meditation, or natural healing.

The Ayurveda is not a term I was familiar with but the author has done a great job of explaining Ayurveda and going in detail of the health benefits. Its packed with great information and how simple techniques can improve stress and transform you body.
