Un ouvrage de référence sur la gestion de produit avec scrum !,

Voici enfin un livre qui se concentre sur l'importance du product owner dans les projets agiles. Le product owner est au coeur du projet et la clé pour sa réussite. L'auteur explique en détail le cheminement de la création de la vision d'un produit jusqu'à sa réalisation.J'aime bien ce livre, car il est très lisible et très bien structuré (6 chapitres : le rôle du product owner, la vision du produit, le product backlog, la planification des releases, les interactions avec l'équipe, comment devenir product owner). Chaque chapitre contient à la fin deux sections - Common Mistakes et Reflections - qui permettent d'éviter les erreurs courantes et de se poser les bonnes questions dans sa propre situation. Les problèmes cités sont concrets et les conseils très clairs. On perçoit la grande expérience que l'auteur a accumulée dans de nombreux projets agiles appliquant scrum. Et malgré ce contenu exhaustif, il réussit à ne pas dépasser les 120 pages (pour le texte). C'est un plaisir à lire. Bravo ! Je le recommande vivement, non seulement aux product owners, mais à chaque membre d'une équipe agile ainsi qu'au management concerné, car il recentre scrum autour du produit. Ce qui compte finalement ! Je vais ressortir ce livre régulièrement pour mes propres projets, afin de vérifier que je suis sur le bon chemin.
