Great Game, good booster

First of all, I really need to say that if you do not have a Starter Pack (or are not buying one with this order) you should NOT buy this. You cannot play Axis & Allies Miniatures with only Booster Packs. The booster packs do not contain maps, dice, rules, or the Quickstart Guide.
That said, this is a good booster. Recognize, however, that this booster represents units from early on in the war (North Africa Campaign). Therefore, you won't be seeing many super huge tanks. Rather, you'll be seeing many medium and light tanks from both sides. Also, realize that these packs are randomized. In my pack, I got four Axis units and only one Allied unit. In every pack I have ever bought though, I have gotten a good mix of Vehicles and Soldiers. In this pack, I finally got some Axis artillery.
As far as the game as a whole, I love it as it does not require massive amounts of prep time (unlike Warhammer and other Miniatures games) yet still provides a fairly accurate and historical game experience. For me, I find it much more useful to memorize statistics on WWII units than units that some guy in a cubicle came up with. But since you really need the Starter Pack before you even consider buying this pack, I'll refrain from going on and on about how great Axis & Allies Miniatures is.

This is a very addicting purchase. The only drawback has been the difficulty and frustration associated with acquiring strong enough Axis units in good enough quantity to make for balanced play. The booster packs seem to provide the Allies better units at a common ratio of 3 out of 5 for every booster pack that I have purchased.

Nice War-Game, but North Africa pack had Russian Units.

This is a nice war game and the minis are very nice, not top quality but detailed enough. Two problems i have encountered however are that after ordering several of the boosters i seem too have quite a lot of the same units, more than i wanted considering there are supposed to 60 collectible units, after purchasing 3 NA boosters i not only got several of the same unit, one booster contained Russian Units...which have no business being in this set. Altogether though i was pleased with the game and the quality of the minis, one can only hope that Wizards continues too support the product, which is unlikely as they are notorious for not doing so.
