Niarudi and the DRF rule the strange cordlike world of the Restorative. Yet without Eon Green, Niarudi will never be able to remake the world as she wishes. Tsutomu Nihei was born in 1971. His cyberpunk-influenced artwork has gained a cult following worldwide, with previous works including BLAME! and Noise. His knowledge of architecture is demonstrated in his manga works with drawings of huge structures in black and white. He is also an avid fan of the video game series Halo.
