Présentation de l'éditeur
An investigation into the value of applying the "Theory of Constraints" - as popularised by Goldratt & Cox's novel "The Goal" - in to Services.
This edition has been significantly expanded. Part 1 covers the science / academic element (left-brain) and has minor amendments and updates from the original "Breaking the Bottleneck".
Part 2 is the more creative (right-brain) part and brings some of the ToC concepts in to play through Gordon Watson, Head of Customer Retention at the fictional company Warrender Financial. "(R)evolutionary; a novella" harks back to the socratic style of the original "The Goal".

Due to the bottleneck on remitting royalties to the UK, sales in the US are temporarily suspended.
