Pretty cool to train in tactical patterns. What I find really annoying though: although the book is based on real games, and the authour indicates the first move correctly, too often the following moves are completely invented. Solving such puzzles can therefore give the reader a false feeling of security... as in the book the opponent falls for obvious traps! A real opponent from that level would find better moves.
Example: The game Fancy/Caldeira 2013.05.06. I checked on ChessDB : The first move is correct, the rest is entirely invented. The combination would not work in real life.
