Book Description
In articles written before, during, and just after World War I, G. K. Chesterton describes what had gone wrong with Germany and warns, with chilling accuracy, that if the nation is not forced to change, this war will followed by another and far more horrible war. He criticizes peace schemes being advocated by internationalists, militarists, and pacifists, schemes that contributed to the rise of Hitler and the horrors of World War II. In their place, he advocates practical means of restraining aggression that were similar to the successful policies of NATO and Cold War containment.
