It was good to see that you provided instructions (page 9) about how to deal with the writer when taking a sample. Most basic books neglect this vital aspect. The glossary is really helpful. I was particularly pleased that you did not follow the simplistic "trait stroke" approach, but instead, used a combination of factors from which to draw conclusions. You have provided a good overview of graphology that will help the reader identify some of the basic personality characteristics and, hopefully motivate them to seek out a professional to give them a "real" analysis.
