Excellente introduction à la crypto en générale,

Une excellente introduction à la cryptographie. Cela commence lentement avec des codes simples, utilisés depuis l’antiquité. Ensuite Simon Singh passe un long moment sur Enigma, que j’ai personnellement trouvé passionnant et enfin termine sur les encryptages modernes (clefs publiques, ...).L’ordre chronologique permet au récit de débuter simplement et d’évoluer vers des concepts plus complexes. Beaucoup d’anecdotes historiques parsèment cet ouvrage et le rendent plaisant à lire. Si vous avez du temps devant vous, un challenge est disponible en fin d’ouvrage (il devrait vous prendre quelque mois si vous n’allez pas chercher les solutions sur Internet). Recommandé chaudement. Very interesting introduction to cryptography and cryptanalysis. Gives interesting details on how cryptanalyst overcame cryptography through time. Though the book is dated of year 2000 it gives a good view of what we have available today (RSA, DES, Quantum Crypto).
