Synopsis
Deux enquêteurs de la brigade criminelle de Détroit découvrent le meurtre d'un membre d'un gang dans lequel est impliqué un groupe de policiers véreux. Un gangster devient leur indic et les aide à retrouver les policiers corrompus.
