Great photos, lots of ideas, good cooking hints . Love the step by step instructions with photos. Wished it layed flat easier but that is the only very minor issue with this great cookbook.

It is my favorite cooking book!!!! I love it so much!!! Highly recommend it to anyone!! Its simple and easy reciepe's for the beginner or the expert.

I had been a subscriber to the English version of La Cucina Italiana magazine and unfortunately the magazine isn't being published in English anymore and my Italian is horrible to change to the Italian version. Anyway, I was excited during my search on Amazon that there is a full book with tips, recipes and plenty of "how to's" and it is from La Cucina Italiana. The book is big and well worth the money. The pictures are really pretty and this is book that I am going to not only enjoy cooking with but also will enjoy reading and looking at the pictures. I have already decided I am first making the homemade pasta. I love cooking Italian and I love using all the freshest of ingredients.
