We've been trying to eat more fish to get those omega-3 fatty acids good for your health and this book has fit in perfectly. The Seared Tuna, the Wasabi Seared Tuna Salad and the Smoked Salmon Sushi all had great flavor and the whole family enjoyed them. I personally enjoyed the Japanese Crispy Chicken. These recipes are easy to follow and turn out very well.

Ben S. Seyler invites us into his kitchen for the smells and tastes of fine cuisine with this book devoted to Japanese Main Dish Recipes. Known to be in the forefront of healthy diets, these recipes are not only easy to prepare, but each recipe gives a list of ingredients to prepare ahead of time, well written directions on how to prepare the dishes, and each dish is accompanied with a color photograph of just how the finished product will look. The taste test is up to you!

Some of the recipes included are Japanese Crispy Chicken, Teriyaki Pork Stir Fry, Seared Tuna With Japanese Salsa, Honey Ginger Teriyaki Salmon, Quick And Easy Teriyaki Meatballs, Japanese Eggplant (Aubergine) Saute, Wasabi Seared Tuna Salad, Delicious Japanese Shrimp, Smoked Salmon Sushi, Yakisoba With Pork and Cabbage, Rice Stew With Daikon, Snow Peas and Soba Noodles, Yoshinoya Beef Bowl, Beef Rib Eye BBQ and many more. Just by the titles you can see that these are health oriented foods, and they definitely are.

This is another of the "borrowed" recipes and picture books put out by "Ben S. Seyler" who claims to be the author but in reality he's only the guy who cut and pasted these recipes from an Internet food recipe site. None of these recipes are his and he's also lifted the photographs done by other people and claims them as his in this book.

At least he didn't claim a copyright. I guess he knows he can't do that legally because they are already copyrighted on the Internet site where he pilfered them.

There's nothing original here. The directions are difficult to follow because they don't seem to be as clear as the ones in the original recipes. His all start off with "First of all . . ." followed by other directions that are not as clear as they could be.

Sometimes he changes the words and leaves out important details that the original recipe posters included. I guess he's just trying to make it sound as if they are his own words. But it makes it seem he really doesn't know how to cook foods correctly in Japanese style.

I love the recipes inside this cookbook. They are easy and quick to prepare, delicious, nutritious and recommended for better health. Plus the photographs with the recipes made them even tastier. I tried some of the recipes for the first time and but they come out great. I would just say to the author of the cookbook, thank you very much for all of these mouthwatering dishes.

The dishes in this cookbook are nutritious yet very tasty and mouthwatering. You can’t go wrong with these dishes because I tried some of these recipes and they taste very delicious.

This is a very well done collection nutritious recipes, the recipes are healthy, easy to cook and more importantly are delicious. There is one plus point to this cookbook is that every each one of the recipe is accompanied with a captivating and colored photograph of the finished dish.

The directions for the recipes are step by step and explain the whole process of cooking in easy to understand words. The ingredients for each of recipe are very clearly written. Weight and measurements are precise and accurate. You don’t have to think over how much you need to put in a specific recipe.
There are recipes which you might think will think whole day but the author has created short-cuts for such recipes.

You cannot go wrong with such nutritious collection of recipes in this particular cookbook. You don’t have to search for mouth-watering and recommended recipes for your health other than this cookbook because this cookbook has covered all of it. I will highly recommend this cookbook to everyone who wishes to eat healthy, nutritious and tasty food.
