4.0 étoiles sur 5Great for Dragon Mythlogy28 janvier 2007
Par D. W. Carper - Publié sur Amazon.com
Since I know a great about dragon myths, I liked the deck. It shows all of the dragons of the world in action. If you are a Taroist, the deck maybe a little hard to follow since it strays from the traditional meanings for the cards. However, the illustrations are great.
For example, the Tower card has the angel hammer a nail in the great dragon's tail. The dragon is screaming. This gives a sense of shattering as is the traditional Tower's meaning. It does in a vivid way for me.
I do use the deck in layouts but the Minor Arcana takes getting used to. I compared them to the traditional images, and in some cases it was a bit baffling.

4.0 étoiles sur 5Fantastic Art... But These Cards Lack Durability3 novembre 2007
Par Lady Dragoness - Publié sur Amazon.com
First off, I have to say, this deck contains beautiful fantasy art and absolutely fantastic dragons. I'm just sorry I opted for the miniature version. The art could be more fully appreciated in the larger size - which I may end up buying anyhow... what can I say? I love dragons! Oh yes, there is one other thing... these aren't plastic coated like regular playing cards so they'll wear out fast if they get a lot of handling...
I can't decide if I should use the deck or frame the cards for the beauty of the art... either way, the purchase was worthwhile. Until I make up my mind, the entire deck, still in its original box, resides in my desk drawer... except when I take the cards out to appreciate the art during a stress break.

These are great for a portable alter. They are tiny and fit in the palm of your hand. They are just not apropriate for children. They show clevage but thats all. They are different from normal Tarot cards, only in the fact that the minor arcadia is slightly different. It is in many differnt languages. And they are very beautiful, and I noticed some of the other reviews said they were gory, and they aren't in my opinion. There is virtually no blood or anything of that nature. I am VERY pleased with these cards.
