This compilation of blog postings will be of great value to anyone who is beginning to learn about Lean management or who is more advanced but would like to deepen their understanding of Lean management. Each posting conveys a useful chunk information, presented in a way allows readers pick up the book whenever they have a few spare minutes and add to their knowledge base. The book is also valuable because it reflects contemporary Lean thinking and practice, and is thus an important window into the world of Lean management.

Evolving Excellence involve the reader in the practical world of using LEAN and Excellence.I like the direct comments on how some organisations and leaders try to use concepts they do not have 100 % understanding of! The authors have humour using "banging the head against the wall" remarks on silly ways to use management concepts making the reader reflect of a better way to use all the good ideas which can transform Good companies into Excellent organizations!
