When we last left everyone's favorite delinquent-turned-schoolteacher, he was about to be bludgeoned to death by masked bikers who had been hired by Miki Katsuragi, one of his more belligerent new charges. Fortunately, Onizuka has more lives than an army of cats and more toughness than a solid steel wall. Of course he could put the girl through the ringer for trying to have him killed, but that would accomplish nothing, so he opens up to her like she never thought he could, feeling he may have gotten through.
However, things do not stay peaceful for long. Due to her abuse of the emergency call he has been using to summon her father (a high-ranking cop), he has turned a deaf ear to any future calls. And in true Boy Who Cried Wolf, or rather "Girl Who Cried Pervert," fashion, as soon as she decides to go out late at night, a seemingly handsome guy is shortly thereafter revealed to be a kidnapper and abducts her. He has been collecting young girls and women for an illegal pornography service, one that drugs the girls and films them being raped with someone wearing whatever the highest bidder wishes.
As Onizuka learns of her kidnapping, he immediately spreads the word to his former gang friends and another bike gang and puts them to work, stopping any van similar to the one that took her away. Before leaving to search himself, he literally takes the case to Miki's father by plowing right into police headquarters, where he is working on the very case his daughter has been caught up in.
With gang, police and teacher all working to find the criminals, there may not be as much success as one may think, but maybe Ms. Shiratori can help Onizuka tip the scales in their favor. The race is on to find Miki and save her before she is scarred for life, and we all know Onizuka won't rest until he plants his foot in that pretty boy's face.
