What stress is in life is our response to life's challenges. A stress-free life is not only possible, but absolutely achievable. If we just do the exercises in this special book, we'll see that our stress could be managed in an extremely practical way. This applies to almost all age groups as well as male or female. You know how easy it is to be "sick" or "ill" and you go to the doctor and get a diagnosis? Well, even when the doctor tells you the news of what ails you, you don't have to believe what they say! As the author and I have suffered from painful things that a doctor can put on paper, we can heal ourselves and move on if we learn to change our thinking about the problem. As Sri Vishwanath states, "You are more important than what a medical report has to say about you."
Okay so how do we all de-stress?

Take a notepad and write out these words: Word, Meaning, Feeling, Experience and Knowledge.
Word/Stress -denotes a painful word
Meaning/ Write out three sentences of what stress means to you.
For example here is mine-Stress means to me high blood pressure, confusion and mistakes.
Feeling-Do those words means something to you? Are they painful? It is important to identify them.
How do you feel about those words?

Experience
Knowledge

All of the above is nothing but a reaction of the patterns of painful experiences.

1. Word
2. Meaning of the word
3. Feelings associated with the words
4. Experience gained from the feelings?
5. Knowledge developed from experiences
6. Daily reactions based on knowledge

"What is the root word of the meaning of which developed a painful feeling in you which became the cause for stressful experience, the knowledge of which will set you free from this repeated pattern of stressful thinking?"

What word, event, person situation caused this stressful experience? Our objective is not to find faults in others, but to observe that word which triggered a series of meanings and feelings and experiences and DELINK IT!
Then the author takes you through an exercise to narrow down your stress and free it from your mind.
This book is created for anyone who would love to make stress go away. The author explains in such short terms and photo's to help the reader learn the fastest way to become stress free, NOW!

I wondered when I saw the name of the author if this was based in Hinduism but since it was a free download I thought I couldn't go wrong. If there had been more disclosure I would not have downloaded this but I read through about half of it. I respect accurate observations, suggestions and experiences from those with whom I may differ so this was no exception.

I didn't find a lot of useful insight for myself or my family and I can usually find something to underline but that wasn't the case with this book. Some readers may have an entirely different experience than I did, but for me I am glad I didn't have to pay anything for the content.
