Jodi Jill is a true believer in habit stacking. When she was a child her family decided to live in a storage shed for over a decade locked away from the outside world. After becoming an adult, the only thing she knew was how to survive in the storage shed with habits developed being locked up and used solely for survival.
Things changed when she realized that the habits adapted for survival couldn't fit into any decent lifestyle that included a real home or positive lifestyle. After trial and error, Jodi Jill found a way to build up habits to make her life and the world around her positive.
