As a guy I'm generally skeptical about relationship advice type books but I have to admit this book makes sense. It helped to iron out my thoughts and allowed me to begin to move on from my ex. It says something if I am writing a review...

This is the second book I've read of Anthony Floyd's and I have to say this one has changed my life.
My husband of 6 yrs left myself and the kids for some young thing he works with - I won't go into details but needless to say our relationship is permanently over.

I've spent hundreds of euros on counselling that didn't get me anywhere before I turned to Anthony for help. This book's simple and easy to follow steps has literally saved my life. Anthony - I owe you everything !

This book is amazing!!! It really illustrated common coping behaviours after a split, and also showed me some of my own mental patterns i'd adopted to get over my ex that were having a negative effect on my overall health and ultimate happiness. i was guilty of over analysis of the past and it held me back from starting new relationships.
Reading this book, i felt as though i lifted a weight off my shoulders, that ive been carrying around with me since my divorce the end of last year. A lot of the memories are still fresh and i know i'll still bump into my ex now and then. However, i now feel like i have a set of tools i can use that will help me manage better in these situations.
Anthony's techniques have given me closure i haven't been able to find through consulting with friends or family members (who actually gave me some of the worst advice) And now i think i am ready to move into a new relationship with a clean slate!

When my partner left me, I was naturally devastated... but I expected the pain to go away eventually. But I just couldn’t shake my attachment to the past. This book is written with short chapters, so it feels easy to grasp and practice. The author gets straight to the point – which I really liked. With other books I have read like Louse Hay’s – ‘You can heal your heart’ (great book) I enjoyed the use of affirmations to clear the negative thoughts I was creating.... But this book goes even further than the affirmations - with techniques that make the affirmations stick. If you have heartache – check this book out. I am really feeling better now.

I broke up with a guy who I believed wasn't right for me in the long run (different religions).... the break-up was long and drawn out. To make it worse, he started dating a close friend of mine! I started buying some books to try help me deal with this heartache that just wouldn't subside and I am really happy if found a book that is making a difference! The author writes in an easy to understand fashion, explaining why the mind exercises work and how to do them. It just feels good to start to feel myself again
