Mental negative patterns create diseases in the body: this is Louise Hay's credo and she explains what good affirmations are to be used in order to change our way of thinking and release old thoughts which contributed to block our good energy in our body.
Some years ago I would have thought: "Well, this is stupid", but the events in my life make me now believe that dis-ease can also have mental and even spiritual origins.
While I do not agree with Louise Hay's Law of Attraction, because it seems to me a wrong means and not very spiritual, I accept instead the idea that if we let forgiveness and love permeate our life, we see positive changes in our health and life.

It is a good book. It gives advises and how to be possitive in the life. I read it every night before going to bed. I think that I have tried to change the way of thinking and to be more possitive. Sometimes we do not relise that our thinking can be so important on our decision making and the result can be so differents. I suggest that people buy and read this book. I call it my little "bible".

I can't recommend this book enough. Incredible, life changing guidance. Having suffered from chronic infections for almost two years I am now healthy and happy in both mind body and spirit. All is well and it's with huge thanks to Louise! ( plus a few others too!) I highly recommend the following books; Conversations with God' (1,2 and 3) by Neale Donald Walsch, 'A Return to Love' by Marianne Williamson...and 'Ask and it is Given' by Esther and Jerry Hicks. Love and peace to you all xxx
