For years, I have had problems falling asleep and staying asleep. As I choose not to take pharmaceuticals for this, I wanted to try the natural herbs and oils etc. So a few days ago, I discovered this helpful book on Kindle and had to have it. And I am very pleased to say that I am delighted with this book:

+ Listed in this book are herbs and oils that will aid in relaxation for falling to sleep and staying asleep.
The author lists such herbs as: Skullcap, Valerian Root, Vervain, Passion Flower, Lemon Balm, California Poppy, and Hops
All these are readily available on the internet stores or in health food stores or even in drug stores.

+ Each herb has a description of the healing properties of the herb and a picture of the herb. **And most of all, the dosage of each herb. This I really found helpful!

+ The OILS section - This has a RECIPE MIXTURE of several different oils, which I liked, however, I prefer to use my own mixture of Lavender and Peppermint Oil, this keeps me cool at night--I just place a couple of drops of each on a damp wash cloth and wipe my face with it. So soothing!

Overall a 4.5 star book, I did find the herbs more helpful as I already had my own oil recipe for use at night.

Wonderful book.
