5.0 étoiles sur 5 Excellent Read for Speakers - for anyone giving a TED talk or any other presentation 9 décembre 2013
Par Chanchal Rawat "Cee R" - Publié sur Amazon.com
I stumbled across this 2-in-1 bundle when I was browsing around Amazon looking for books related to TED Talks. I am a big fan of TED talks and this book turned out to be an insightful read. I picked up many valuable techniques on how to give a great TED talk, but I think that the techniques will be helpful for anyone who wants to give better presentations.

The bundle contains two books written by the author. The first one, "How to Deliver a Great TED Talk", teaches you how to create content that will keep audience members engaged. The second book in the bundle is equally useful and is titled “How to Design TED Worthy Presentations” – it focuses on presentation design so that you can create visually appealing slides.

What I particularly enjoyed about the book was that it uses case studies from TED talks (as well as other presentations) and showed you how to apply the techniques to your presentations. I personally thoroughly enjoyed the chapters on "turning your stories into mental movies" and "techniques for adding humor to a talk".

This book is one of the clearest books on presentation skills that I've read. Very relevant and highly recommended!

I don't give presentations but I'm in sells so I figured this free download couldn't hurt. Let me tell you I got so many ideas I can't wait to get to work tomorrow and try them out, maybe I can close some sells now. I'm so excited. This book, very easy to follow, gave lots of great ideas, I can't see how anyone can walk away after reading it and not do well. To sum things up, I do sells and now I finally have a guideline to work with from start, to finish the sale.

I am delighted with these books! I really enjoyed this bundle and got a lot of ideas that I am already putting to use. Excellent review of TED talks (which in themselves are very educational). I highly recommend this package to anyone who wants to learn how to give a good TED talk or wants to be a better speaker.
