This book is about how to stop being insecure, in all aspects of your life. Some of these aspects are your relationship with your partner, your family, and even at your job. There of course is no special pill to help you feel more secure in yourself or trust in others, so you have to do it the hard way and teach yourself.

There are many useful tips included in the book on how to start building confidence in yourself and others. Some of these tips include knowing that you were created to be exactly who you are, you are not a mistake or a mess up, how to set reasonable goals for yourself, how to take care of you and your needs, and standing up for yourself when you need to.

This title would be a great read for anyone that is struggling with their feelings of insecurity and need some instruction on how to change their behaviors.

Insecurity is a tough hurdle to overcome. Reading this little book gave me some very good tips on how to overcome my own insecurities. I have always been told I was over emotional. And I won't disagree. I am a bundle of emotions and the insecurities just make it worse especially in a relationship. This book is a good start pointing. It's not a quick fix of course insecurities are in grained. But it's a start.

It's a short read the way I seed it someone else would have wrote and added a bunch of filler. Here you get what you need straight to the point so you can start working on yourself sooner rather than later.

In "How to Stop Being Insecure" author Ashley Rosebloom's presents 50 stategies to reduce the insecurity in your life.

Nicely written and concise - and at only 21 pages on my Kindle - you will quickly find a stategy to help overcome any type of insecurity.

Very useful and highly recommended strategies!

I've seen the most confident people falter, myself included, and one thing i've grown to understand is that this is the first time i've had a life. I don't know how it's supposed to work nor do I know how tomorrow will work or the next day. It's easy to get insecure and hard to get out of. With this book, however, I was able to learn effective strategies designed at helping you understand it, get out of it, and how to keep from getting back into it. I definitely recommend it!

This book, How to Stop Being Insecure, has a lot of good ideas in how to deal with the big problem of being insecure which a lot of people deal with. I have heard a lot of these tips before like - doing things you like, taking care of yourself first, becoming more assertive, etc but I did pick up a few new ones too. Overall a good review and restatement to make sure you're paying attention - especially if you want to learn to be less insecure.
