All he or she has to do, if they so choose, is incorporate a separate sound source and they can listen to music from their own music library while experiencing the very pleasant and relaxing state of hypnosis.
It is our understanding that this hypnosis audio CD was created in such a way as to effectively induce the hypnotic state into no less than 90% of the listeners. We do realize that 100% would be better however this is not realistic as there is nothing that works for everyone.
A full description of what hypnosis is and perhaps better still, what it is not, as well as what you can expect to experience, is included as a fold out inside the audio CD. It is most highly recommended that you take a few minutes and read this material.
