Insecurity has been a problem for me as far back as I can remember. My father died when I was young and my mother was very emotionally unavailable. I was an only child and felt as though I was different from others. I've always compared myself to other people thinking that they are better than me in one way or another. This about insecurity issues really has helped me see that I was created to be exactly who I am and that I have gifts and talents that are mine alone. This is actually a 31 day plan or schedule to be followed. The guide is easy to use and understand. The lessons are very short too!

Each day, since downloading this Kindle book, I've implemented the ideas, tips and strategies the author suggests to my life. I have noticed a tremendous difference in my insecurities. I don't seem to be comparing myself to other people as often.

Also, there's a tip in this book that reveals how to get unlimited 'FREE" Kindle books on any topic, in an honest manor. I've been reading a lot of self-help books about how to stop being insecure, how to quit being jealous and how to overcome relationship anxiety. This book has many times over paid for itself because of the healing that has occurred in my life.

If there's one tip from this book that has helped me stop being insecure, it's the one where the author suggests connecting with mentors who can help with specific areas of my life where I feel I need improvement. The day I read this suggestion, I purchased an entire series about becoming debt free. I've always felt less than other guys because of some of my financial struggles. I've put a plan in place to help me pay off all of my debt in three months. I think it's going to work too!

Insecurity used to rule my life, things have changed a lot now. I cannot thank the author of this book enough for assembling these methods of overcoming insecurity. Your wisdom has made a huge impact on my life. I am a changed person. Even though I still struggle with feeling insecure at times, which I don't think can ever be overcome completely, I am enjoying my life more that ever since reading this Kindle book about overcoming insecurity.

This book is a daily guide to help with insecurity in it's various forms such social anxiety and relationship jealousy. I personally suffer from social anxiety. I get nervous around people. I worry about saying or doing the wrong things. Or what if I am not good enough. I used the daily task each day and found myself a little less insecure when presented with social situations.

The guide is a month long 31 days to be exact. Each day you have a new task to accomplish. It not only helps you with people, but it also helps you to learn more about yourself which is typically where the real problems lie. I would recommend this to anyone who looking to become a little more secure in themselves and the relationships in their lives.

Insecurity is a wonderful self help tool. I read the book in it's entirety but it is designed to use a segment each day for 31 days. Each day builds on your self esteem.

You'll learn how to feel good about yourself and how to reach out to other people through some great conversation.

A fun book to read with some quotes from some pretty famous people, but my favorite quote is from Ryan Help himself. "Being Happy Is An Inside Job".

I highly recommend "Insecurity" because life is just too short to be insecure.

It's time to stop being insecure and enjoy life!

This was a short but very full guide to practices that will help you improve your relationship with your self and other people. It helped me address my jealousy issues in a non-condemning voice. It was very crucial that I addressed them instead of sweep them under the rug. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to learn to like themselves and not bring insecurity into future relationships.

I really loved and thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.There are practices that can be followed to improve our relationships and overcome insecurity!!!! There are lot of examples given by the writer which i went through personally.Great resource and a worthy reading book.Highly recommended !!!!!!!
