c'est bien la description qui en est donne et les commentaires. Intéressantes théories qui va beaucoup plus loin que le tunnel lumineux après la mort, qui parlent des guides, des ames, de la reincarnation, du pourquoi du comment mais toujours dans l'idee d'evolution vers le tout.

Livre contenant des descriptifs obtenus sous hypnose, du processus de mort, de la vie de l'âme après la mort, et du processus de réincarnation. L'auteur, un psychiatre, fait preuve de beaucoup de retenue et de modestie dans les commentaires accompagnant les descrptions des témoignages. Un livre magnifique qui accompagne ma recherche spirituelle. Un grand merci à l'auteur.

This trilogy of books - Journey of Souls, Destiny of Souls and Life between lives represents a unique contribution to the field of hypnotherapy (many books in the field of hypnosis and hypnotherapy are a rehash of the same stuff and for that reason I have found this book very refreshing).

Throughout my life I would occasionally see a pinpoint of light - light that radiated tremendous love and for a split second that it flashed in and out of existence it tremendously cheered me up. This pinpoint of light would most frequently appear when I would be engaged in some selfless act or would be contemplating doing something selfless. It felt as if it were telling me that I was on the right track or simply giving me a spiritual pat on the back. I've met couple of other people in my life who also see similar pinpoints of light - in different colors, but it never crossed my mind before reading this book that "wow, this is how we all look like without physical bodies" - a pinpoint of light bursting with energy and consciousness.

I have always felt spiritually guided in my life, I have always followed my heart and I do believe that each individual can find all the guidance he needs by looking into his heart and by following his heart. It is also my experience that one can experience his Infinite Self through meditation and through boundless love for the Infinite - yet I can see how many may find going through the processes described in this book helpful, in terms of overcoming fear of death as well as discovering one's life purpose and gaining insight into purposefulness of the circumstances that may be rather challenging and to some people may seem even unfair. Perhaps people who have a tendency to wonder "why me?" may find it easier to accept the responsibility for the circumstances they find themselves in, to accept that on some level they have agreed to go through such experiences and to ponder rather what can they learn from those situations, what strengths and qualities can they develop, and how can they use these learnings to better their lives and the lives of others.
