I have to say that after reading this book, there is nothing in it that makes dieting difficult. Cod is my favorite fish and the recipes are just simply delicious. This is not one of those diets that have you sacrificing the foods you love -- its easy to follow. What I like most is that it focuses on losing the body fat stored in the abdomen. Its one of the most natural and easy to assimilate diets that I have read period! Great job on the Authors part for making it drop dead simple.

I was very intrigued when I read “ketogenic diet” so I got the book to find out what it was all about. As I suspected, this is pretty much the Atkins approach, carbs restriction, more fats and protein to get fuller faster and thus consume less food overall. So with that in mind the I know the diet works, and the book include ingredients list of things you can eat, and recipes for meals, even a section about working out and high intensity interval training. A small well rounded book for those who are new to the low carb diet and the ketogenic state that the lack of carbs would induce.

I know I need to loose some more weight, so this book was perfect for me! It starts off listing all the benefits of the Ketogenic diet, which just pumped me up even more, and then it lists of different kinds of food you can and cannot eat. Then, it finally gets to the recipes, the amazing delicious recipes that make me enjoy losing weight even more! The Artichoke and Spinach Dip was my family favorite so far, and we are trying the Cheese and Cauliflower Soup tonight! This is book is amazing! I highly recommend it!

As an avid cook, baker, grill expert and the one usually in charge of my family's meals, books like these are invaluable for me. Especially for when I'm trying to lose weight. I notice when the author takes the extra time to describe the diet itself, nutritional information, and other little extras to add to the value of the book. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to explore the variety of Keto recipes!
