I have to say that after reading this book, there is nothing in it that makes dieting difficult. Cod is my favorite fish and the recipes are just simply delicious. This is not one of those diets that have you sacrificing the foods you love -- its easy to follow. What I like most is that it focuses on losing the body fat stored in the abdomen. Its one of the most natural and easy to assimilate diets that I have read period! Great job on the Authors part for making it drop dead simple.

As an avid cook, baker, grill expert and the one usually in charge of my family's meals, books like these are invaluable for me. Especially for when I'm trying to lose weight. I notice when the author takes the extra time to describe the diet itself, nutritional information, and other little extras to add to the value of the book. Most of the diets that I have tried, I experienced bad moods, always hungry moments. But with this Ketogenic diet for weight loss allows me to sleep great at nights and also to think clearly, which means I would not have any crampy moments. Wahoo. Another great thing about this diet is it has stated to be able to help remove the stubborn fat in the abdominal area, helps regulates blood pressure and blood sugar which is great news for both my husband and I. Now we can both enjoy these meals and achieve different objectives. My husband: regulates his blood sugar and me regulates my blood pressure.

The most interesting things that I learned from the book were how the ketogenic diet can improve your sleeping patterns, help you to think clearer, and reduce your level of fatigue. The author outlines what you should eat on this diet, and goes a step further by providing different meal ideas. He also does a great job of answering common questions that people have about the ketogenic diet.
