The information to me is skeptical. Some generic KB information you can find almost anywhere online. The author P.Selter ...really! Who are you with no credentials? A bunch of workouts with little information on how or why they work and then in conclusion he hopes you find this helpful. You can find better information elsewhere out of the 200+ a handful may have some merit but do them at your own risk.

This book was a very big disappointment. There were only 15 very basic techniques in the book, which can be found basically anyplace you look online or other books, only with very poor images. The "200 workouts" taking up 64 of the 111 pages, use these basic 15 techniques, but also exercises that are not discussed or described anyplace in this short book. Another major irritation and disappointment, is the fact that it is only 111 pages long, with only 22 pages dedicated to the actual techniques, it has 62 abbreviations listed in the beginning of the book, taking up 3 pages, labeled as "Terminology". For such a short book, it would do this awful book a little justice and use the full words since the book is so extremely short to begin with. . EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Don't trust the good reviews, this is the 1st edition, issued in April of 2014, the only use I find is to use the papers as scrap to start the fire - since I sadly ordered this for while I was out in the field for workout ideas.

I’ve purchased a lot of exercise books, and have even written a few on my own. However, I didn’t get into Kettlebells until recently, and have found this book to be incredible. It’s 100+ pages of tips, tricks, and workouts that fully explain how you can get seriously ripped with workouts that use these Russian tools.

If you adhere to what is said in the training tips here, you will lose weight, gain lean muscle and get seriously strong. It’s impressive to see all the different options that you have in this book, as it’s far more than you will get with many other exercise books on Kindle right now. Even if you only put in 10 to 15 minutes a day with the tips found here, you will get results, guaranteed. It’s the best investment you’ll make, a quality workout book.

The workouts are easily explained, has photographs, and will explain everything you can possibly want about kettlebells. I highly recommend it.

Review – Killer Kettlebell WOD Bible: 200+ Cross Training KB Workouts

P Selter has given us a collection of 200+ workouts for the Kettle Bell. First he goes through basic and fundamental exercise theory and instruction, an introduction to several basic Kettle Bell exercises with pictures of a man doing them, and why he likes kettle bells, some general instructions on kettle bell use and exercise and some traps to avoid in using kettle bells. This information is concise and well done. P Selter does recommend, if one is new to KB perhaps an instructor or trainer should be hired for beginning KB training as poor form can be injurious.

Then the meat of the book arrives in 200 plus workouts listed as KB WOD X (1 – 205) plus a number of “bonus workouts.” The workouts are good. But they are not organized into body part, difficulty or skill level in any way I can determine. P Selter – very appropriately - does include some running, core, back, leg and shoulder and other exercises in the WOD's to augment the Kettle Bell training. The book could have been better if the emphasis of each workout had been listed and some organization of the WOD's had been provided. A star off for no organization of WOD's.

Each workout is listed in reps and rounds or as for time. There are no diagrams or pictures of these workouts.

P Selter says any of the workouts can be used for either single KB or double KB use. I would urge caution in both using all the workouts as either single or double KB. P Selter is very correct when he says to use lighter weights for the double KB workouts.

Overall this is a useful book for some one new to kettle bells or who is interested in finding many imaginative KB workouts to vary their routines.

I've got the chance to experience the best workouts ever through this book. Here I found some useful pictures, lessons to learn various workout ways. They are too helpful and so efficient. For training programs, the guidelines are so effective.

This guide is easy to follow, and it disclosed so many basics about workouts. It has also shown how to begin from easy to difficult workouts to be more advanced.

Anyone will learn and get the advantages of using kettlebell during workouts. I found the guide so informative and would like to recommend.
