Stress Relief using Humour and Laughter although not a very long book, is a very informative and helpful book, especially for thse people who suffer from high levels of stress. It makes it clear that instead of popping innumerable pills we should instead be using humour and healthy laughter to de-stress our lives. Stress affects our health in many ways, as this book makes clear, and truly, 'laughter can be the best medicine' in many cases.

The idea of 'seriousness goggles' vs 'humour goggles' had me smiling from the start.

The author introduces us to 'rapid humour therapy' and then proceeds to walk us through a series of simple exercises that will have us laughing at the very thought of stressful situations if we use the techniques effectively. I particularly enjoyed the last exercise ;-)

Written in an easy, conversational style, How To - Stress Relief is an excellent practical guide in the use of laughter to combat stress, something we could all use in today's society!

Two thumbs up for this book. We all suffer from daily stress brought by our environment. This book talks about and emphasizes the old saying "Laughter is the best medicine." You will learn that there are lots of things to do to get your mind off of work, personal issues, and other causes of stress.

This book talks about how important it is to be stress free so you can be more productive. You will learn a lot on how to discover your giggle zone and how you can stay away from anxiety.

By reading this book, you will be more aware on what to do the next time you suffer from stress. You will likely to develop a system that will target your giggle zone and prevent stress and anxiety.

Everyone knows that if we can laugh at a situation, it not only makes us feel better, but also helps to relieve the stress of an unpleasant situation. In this book, the author presents a step by step guide on how to incorporate laughter and humour into everyday situations, thereby helping to relieve stress. I particularly liked the concept of the Giggle Zone - everyone should go there a few times a day!

The tecnique shown here is very simple, yet really powerful. We shouldn't need to be reminded that a good laughter is better than a pill. Nevertheless we often forget it and this easy to read guide teaches us how to deal with stress thanks to the benefits of humour and laughters. A book everybody should have a copy and read it time to time!
