Dr Laurent Flores is Business Professor at Université Paris II & INSEEC Business Schools. He counts over 20 years of experience of marketing, innovation and digital. Multiple times entrepreneur, he founded and sold CRM Metrix, a US and Global leading Digital Marketing Analytics Company.
He has written for and advised publications including La Tribune, les Echos, Marketing Magazine, LCI (TV), the NY Times, etc. He speaks regularly at both academic and business conferences such as AMA, Admap, ARF and ESOMAR.
Professor Flores holds a PhD in marketing and has published in top marketing academic journals. He was a permanent Professor at EADA Barcelona, Fordham University New York, and a Visiting Professor at HEC Paris.
He sat on the advisory board for numerous professional associations, and is the elected President of ESOMAR (the global leading marketing research association) and was elected for the first elected Board of Directors of WOMMA, the Word of Mouth Marketing Association in Chicago.
