I'm an avid basketball fan and never really thought about meditation until I saw how it helped Lebron James when he was going through his leg cramps in the NBA Finals. Once I realized how mediation assisted him, even though his team lost in the Finals, using meditation as a daily practice intrigued me. This book was one of the first out of quite a few I initially downloaded and by far has been one of the most useful I've acquired.
