I never thought that food would help boost my motivation, but after reading this book, I’m convinced that food and supplements will help to boost motivation. The right kinds of foods are so amazing and do so many things for our bodies, but we tend to forget about our brain health. The foods we eat do help with brain health by increasing our energy, which in turn increases our motivation. I will absolutely be purchasing some of these supplements and trying to eat the recommended foods to increase my motivation.

I learned sooo much from this book. I love learning about health and diet and the connection between how you eat and take care of yourself and how you feel. It is amazing and really makes you aware of what you put in your body. Very interesting. Very wordy and scientific as well. I think this will be interesting for everybody who'd like to live healthy life.

This was a fantastic quick read that was pumped full of helpful information. I love learning as much as I can about how to naturally assist my body in being the best it can be. Whether you choose supplements or food sources to gain your vitamins, this guide has all the options explained for you.

I think this is a great guide to keep with you for any time you may not be feeling quite right and need to adjust your diet. I will recommend this to my friends who are interested in learning more about how they can help to become more motivated by healing their body.
