    The author's grammar is poor at best. Certainly English is a second language. Not worth the time to read. Thoughts are scattered. An editor is needed for this very unfinished manuscript.

    I haven't reached the second book of the set, but I had to write a review based on the first book just to warn people that the grammar is so bad, any review that doesn't even mention it, in my opinion, should be considered fake. There are not a few errors that will bother only the grammar police. The first book reads like it was written in a foreign language, translated by a free online translator program, and then published without being read by a single English-speaking person. I am still reading it, as there are some good reminders in it about health morning behaviors, but I received the set for free. If I had paid for it, I would be pretty mad.

    I got this book during the promotion the other day, when it was free. I consider myself lazy and so I thought the second book might be of help. I read both books.
    The first book (Morning Routine) has very poor grammar. The other one (Stop being lazy) has a few mistakes but overall it's much better. (Sometimes it reminded me of German grammar, maybe German or German-speaking readers will be less disturbed than I was?) To be fair, I'm not a native English speaker myself and I understood nearly everything (apart from a few plainly agrammatical sentences), so it's not completely illegible and given the price, it might still have been worth it if the content was good.
    The issue is, the content isn't good either. It is a mixture of undocumented statements (When saying "studies show that...", you need to reference the actual study to prove your point) and plain old BS (with well-known marketing buzzwords such as "superfood" and "free radicals" to state only the most obvious). While I appreciate the inclusion of advice taken from various cultures (such as yoga), I wish the author had referenced the origin of their ideas more often. In the first book, concepts taken from yoga are not always referenced as such, and are not distinguished from all the (pseudo) science. I like to know what it is that I'm learning.
    I would also like to add that most of the advice is really vague (basically everything except the parts about food and exercise), and the rest, though precise and easy to put into practice, is not well documented (precisely the parts about food and exercise, which lack references and explanations as to how and why it works).
    I would also like to add a warning for people with mental issues: the book about laziness doesn't address the self-hate part of laziness and procrastination. On the contrary, it plays into it. It's exactly as the title suggests: the idea of the book is that YOU ARE LAZY and here's how to become productive instead. I understand that this is a choice from the author, and it's probably meant to help the reader have an epiphany to motivate them to solve the problem, which is OK. But if your procrastination / lack of motivation problem comes with deep-seated self-hate, this is probably not the book for you.
    To conclude / TL;DR: Thank goodness it was free.
    Advice for the author: get a proof-reader for the first book and maybe a better proof-reader for the second. Add references to other books, preferably scientific and/or recognized in the relevant field, for the key points you make about food, sleep and exercise. Cite the methods / disciplines you borrow ideas from (like Yoga - you cited it in the second book but not always in the first one) so that the reader knows what they are learning. It makes your book appear more serious, which is probably something you want. Check your facts, because no, sleep cycles don't always last a full 2 hours (the first 2-3 cycles in a night last much less, so your counts are wrong). Address productivity methods in the book about laziness, even if just to say you don't believe in them (if that's the reason why you didn't talk about them). And I think that's it for the most important.

    This "book" is not written in coherent English. Though I'll admit it was worth a few chuckles. Here is a tidbit to give you an idea of just how bad it is: "The ritual of breakfast is also very important. Nothing will happen if you do not have breakfast at all. In the long term, it is even healthy because eating in the evening and at noon of the next day supports storage of fat. Thus, let us eat until we get hungry and do not forget the protein. They supply energy..." Save your kindle space and avoid this book.

    Buy "The Miracle Morning" instead. It's better organized, an easy read and worth the time you'd like to gain back after half reading this one.
