The recipes are well illustrated with step by step instructions as well as the finished product and each recipe to a page, although in some instances there are 2 recipes to the page if they are short enough.
Easy to read, easy to follow and no-fail recipes make me wish I had started using this book long ago when I first got it! I know I will start using it more often now that I really took the time to go over it and tried a recipe. The first recipe I tried, doing my usual substitution of mango for the apricot was the Pineapple and Apricot Bread.
