First off, I got this book through the "kindleunlimited" which seems to be an incredible deal. Now, with that said, This book is as incredible. The author provides a condensed read while covering all the basics to the benefits of herbs and spices. With Chapter Two, "Your Guide to Cleansing and Healing your Body through the use of 23 Effective Herbs and Spices," Kathleen Rao arms you with quality info that gives you the tools to start using these herbs and spices today. In addition with the Chapter Four, "A Few Recipes to Get Started Incorporating Herbs and Spices into your Everyday Cooking" there are no excuses for not getting started on the path to enjoying the natural benefits of herbs and spices.

Overall, a great book, a quick read offering quality content in a manner that makes it easy to implement. I like it!

I’m so glad to see that more and more books like this one is surfacing on the market. We really need to raise the public awareness of the health benefits of turning to natural herbs and spices in order to combat a lot of the ailments we suffer from. This is crucially important, especially in today's society where powerful medications are consumed on a regular basis, as well as in terrifying amounts. In order to avoid the negative side effects of heavy medication we need to take a serious look at other alternatives. And this, the author of this book does a wonderful job at. It’s all in here, everything from the basics of beneficial herbs and spices to detailed guides and restrictions that one need to be aware of when considering going this route. It even has recipes to get started! Highly recommended!

I learned a great deal reading this book. It is well written and has a specific focus to it and I really liked that. From the introduction on, I found myself quickly absorbing new information on herbs and spices. For example, they do a lot more than just add flavor to food. Ginger and turmeric are two spices discussed, but there are many more. It's a fairly short book, but jam packed with useful information. There are even some good recipes. Overall, I was pleasantly informed and glad I bought the book.

This is a comprehensive guide to the world of herbs and spices and how they can help you lose weight. This book gives you many different herbs and spices and lets you know how they would help. I also like how it tells you about possible interactions with other things. A lot of herb books don't do that so you don't even know it's a possibility. I have been following this guide and have noticed that I have started to lose weight.
