Natural Remedies that Work is a great book to have at home. I always preferred natural remedies before turning to medications. This book gives a lot of home remedies for many kinds of common health conditions. For example, honey is good to treat light burns, chicken soup is beneficial during cold. Old recipes but effective all times.

I find this book to be really informative, it is, I should say, a complete guide to natural remedies. This book contains proven remedies and therapies on how to protect yourself and your family against ailments from common health problems such as cold and toothaches, to skin problems such as psoriasis and eczema, to gastrointestinal problems such as food poisoning and upset stomach, and even common infant health concerns such as colic, teething, and diaper rash you name it! It has everything you need to know about natural remedies.

The book has a lot of good advice that this reviewer recognizes
from personal experience. For instance clove oil is helpful in
reducing pain. Pineapple is helpful for fever and it contains
Vitamins C, B6 and folate. Wheat germ is rich in Vitamin E.

Yogurt is known to contain good bacteria. In addition, a
combination of vinegar and ice is helpful for stings.
Baking soda and aloe vera are good tonics for too much
sun exposure.

Although most people know a few of these tonics, the
author has provided a helpful collection for many
ailments. As such, the book has a unique value for
consumers.

Overall, the book will be very helpful for consumers
generally. Despite the value of the text, patients
should review these remedies with their health car
providers and/or professional nutritionists.

This is a great book to reach for to help treat ailments naturally. I wish that I had this book a few months ago when I had a horrible toothache and went online and searched for hours for natural remedies that actually worked. If I had this book, I would have only needed to flip a few pages. What took me hours to find is within the pages of this informative book. The remedies in this book actually works. This will be a book that I will go to first from now on to treat ailments naturally. I will be using this book from now on.
