But fear not! Dr. Seuss, with his inimitable illustrations and exhilarating rhymes, is convinced ("98 and 3/4 percent guaranteed") that success is imminent. As long as you remember "to be dexterous and deft. And NEVER mix up your right foot with your left," things should work out. (All ages) --Emilie Coulter --Ce texte fait référence à l'édition Relié .

my two year old asks for "go"!,

I bought this book for later because I thought it had a nice message for older children, not really expecting my 2 year old to be interested (despite him being an avid Dr Seuss fan). We read it once because he liked the 'rainbow' on the front and then he really got into the rhymes and illustrations. He now regularly asks me to read him "Go", and though he obviously won't really understand the text until later, I was surprised to see this book have such resounding success with a toddler.

Knowing and going,

Of Seuss-an reviews this is the thirdLikely my last, mostly absurd But I had to think of life's general direction And that brought me to this little reflection The places we go Life is but a journey friend And OH, OH, the places we'll go My own trek is one through theology That this is where I'm called to be And until then the faith I'll hold Be it brown or be it blue And still there will be more places to go This is a lesser-known Dr. Seuss book, but still a great story and great learning device. This is especially well suited for children who are going through a transition or change in life, to show them in a cute and memorable way that life is journey in and of itself, and that there are good things to be found when leaving the security and safety of home. An excellent text for children who may be nervous about going to school, going on a trip, or major life changes, this book is real treasure. Dr. Seuss isn't just for the pre-school set, but you probably already knew that. This book of brightly colored illustrations and whimsical rhymes makes the perfect gift for anyone setting out on a new adventure, so buy copies for every high school and college graduate on your list. As Seuss tells us "There is fun to be done!" and this joyous ode to personal fulfillment tells you how to meet up with it while combating fear, loneliness, and confusion. After all, what better advice could anyone give a new grad than to say "You have brains in your head, you have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose." This is inspired good fun, sure to please everyone.
