I was unsure what to expect with Ashley's book, glad I took the plunge and grabbed this diet book. Having heard about Paleo before, I decided to learn more. This book was extremely easy to read because she speaks like she it taking to a complete newbie, and that is what I am. I love the tone of the writing and the way all the chapters are laid out.

What a great book - since I read this new book by Ashley Seymour and have started on a paleo diet - it has changed my life. Now I find I have much much more energy and am generally much more vigorous generally. I can recommend getting this book - then see the the huge difference it makes in your life. Jake

While helpful, this book was very repetitive. Some things were stated the same way multiple times. I also found the 30 day challenge results to be rather demeaning. I.E. if it didn't work, you didn't do it right or if you stayed the same, you didn't try hard enough.

I feel the author meant well, but there were typos and very confusing phrasing throughout. This one won't be staying on my kindle as there are other paleo books that are far more resourceful out there.
