I could not find a UK edition of this film which was Antonioni's last feature, so purchsed this. It may not be his best, but has his usual hallmarks, despite the filming being heaviliy dependent on another director, Wim Wenders.
It is worth getting, but UK viewers note: there are two versions of the film on the disk, one with the original soundtrack and French subtitles, and a second which is dubbed into French. Annoyingly the subtitles of the former version cannot be removed, but as the film dialogue is in various languages including English , this is probably preferable to the latter, unless you just want to take in those Antonioni vistas uninterrupted. The picture itself is fine.
There is also an interesting documentary about the making of the film, which has the same language options (oddly Sophie Marceau speaks in English).
One for the collection of UK Antonioni fans, in the absence of their own edition.
