Creation and Dis-creation 19 avril 2013

This is one of the few books that discusses Dis-creation. Slavinkski blends energy techniques with spirituality and psychology to dis-create negative states and install positive states. If you are desiring greater integration within, this a good book to read and practice.

EFT-based method for exploring nondual states of consciousness 26 juillet 2014
Par Ryan - Publié sur
Format: Broché
This is the first Amazon review I have done. I am frankly very surprised this book doesn't have more reviews.

I've been a fairly serious spiritual seeker for about 3-4 years, and have been blessed to have the opportunity to practice within several amazing lineages. The first lineage is the Kundalini Awakening Process and Hoshin developed by Dr. Glenn Morris and his students Santiago Dobles, Tao Semko and Soke Rob Williams. I can't really put in context how much their work has helped me and changed my life, basically facilitating a kundalini awakening as well as providing the support practices, community and mentorship I needed to successfully navigate that kind of intense physiological transformation.

The other lineage I practice in is the Drikung Kagyu lineage.

I have also explored the Sedona method, Access Consciousness, Theta Healing, Raymon Grace's dowsing and healing system, and several other modalities, mainly as a means of helping process my own experiences arising from kundalini phenomena, and to help others. Those are great healing systems and I still regularly work with them and enjoy learning more about then.

Zivorad Slavinski's PEAT system, however, works on a level which is complimentary to these healing systems but also penetrates much more deeply into the psyche or causal body of a practitioner, thus generating correspondingly more 'healing' or release. I had deeply explored the other healing systems for about a year, doing what I thought was a lot of clearing work on myself, and sometimes so much clearing/emotional release that I felt physically ill or exhausted for several days, however 10 minutes of working with Slavinski's deep PEAT process achieved slightly more than that entire year of clearing work put together, with the only side effect being that I was tired for a few days afterward. That is a big claim, but continued work with the PEAT system has only increased my respect for its simplicity, effectiveness and depth.

Much of the work I had done previously was only able to access surface layers of causal body or karmic phenomena. PEAT on the other hand includes a method for accessing progressively deeper layers of causal body 'stuff,' until the earliest inception point of that stuff arises in consciousness and is released.

It goes deeper than that... this is a link to an essay by Daoist teacher Michael Winn. I don't agree with all of his ideas, but he does write about the Daoist concept of 'pre-heaven' or (in Buddhist terms) formless realm phenomena.
There are neidan or internal alchemy practices which enable someone to directly experience those aspects of their own consciousness and spirit which precede emanation into form realms. It seems to take a really long time, like decades, for these practices to reach fruition in terms of integrating pre- and post-heaven phenomena.

PEAT, on the other hand, appears to be effective as a means of achieving this integration much more rapidly, at least with specific dualistic phenomena which the PEAT process traces back to before the dualism appeared within (formless, pre-heaven) consciousness. It also provides a means for going beyond pre-heaven phenomena, ie exploring and going deeper into the space which existed before dualistic phenomena occurred. It's hard to conceive of or talk about this space, but I recommend this exploration.

There is a direct energetic synthesis and transcendence of various dichotomies/energy polarities which structure the mind and create suffering. It might be possible to use PEAT to integrate and transcend the dichotomies which David R. Hawkins' wrote about his books (describing the levels of his map of consciousness), if someone worked with these polarities in a disciplined and focused way.

I am really glad these systems exist in our world. PEAT in particular has helped me a lot, and I recommend this book for someone interested in a simple, EFT-based method for exploring and stabilizing nondual states of consciousness.

If you are reading this, thanks and good luck!
