WRITTEN IN ENGLISH AND REVIEWED by ENGLISH NATIVE EXPERTS !! Do you want to be ready to PASS the NEW PgMP® exam? Then, this is the book you need to buy! This Study Guide has been developed with strict adherence to the NEW PgMP® Examination Content Outline defined by PMI, for exam takers after January 2012.
The Study Guide has two major parts:
First, an introduction section highlighting the major differences between projects/programs/portfolios along with five accompanying questions. Then, each of the nine performance domains/subdomains defined in the Examination Content Outline are detailed and key elements are highlighted. Five questions are proposed per domain/subdomain totalling 50 questions for this first part.
Second, a series of 170 questions mostly scenario based, with strict adherence to the percentage of questions per performance domain have been developed, which allow you to put yourself in the position of taking the exam.
All 220 questions have answers with explanations. In addition, all questions are strictly aligned with The Standard for Program Management - Second Edition.
The Study Guide has a handy format, smaller than most other publications, ready to go with you on your way to PASS the PgMP® exam!
About the book :
We, Jean Gouix (PMP®, PgMP®) and Martial Bellec (PMP®, PgMP®), have developed the questions based upon our experience as program managers and professional teachers. When we took the exam ourselves, we felt rather unprepared as the majority of the exam questions were scenario based. In this study guide, you will be faced with rather lengthy and complex questions and asked to take alternative positions such as program manager, sponsor, project manager, or governance board member. We believe that this study guide is the first attempt of this nature written by Europeans. We wish you good luck with your studies on your road to PASS the PgMP® exam!
