A gorgeous book! I think Matthew Kenney and his team make raw food look appetizing and delicious. All the recipes I've tried from him were as promised: nurturing and tasty.
This book is not for everyday cooking although you can take a sauce or an idea here and there to change from the eternal vinaigrette.
I'm not a rawfoodist but I think it's important to be creative in the kitchen, to take inspiration from everywhere and this books inspires me.
The pictures are beautiful and, one day, I'd love to go to one of MK's restaurant.
