Carol Robertson is an artist and teacher. Her other books include Mediterranean Soups, Turkish Cooking, and Turkish Vegetarian Cooking. David Robertson is a professor of photography at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. This is the couple’s first collaboration.
