I hate running!
In fact if I had a choice between running for the bus or walking, missing the bus and waiting for the next one I'd probably choose the latter because I find running uncomfortable.
BUT I know that next to swimming running is one best ways of managing and losing weight.
This so much more then a simple book about running, it contains valuable information on dieting and nutrition as well which should complement any running you do.
This in-depth book describes all the measures you need to take if you are considering taking up this sport.
I really like the fact that this book also included suggestions for safety measures for female runners.
After reading this I've decided to make an effort to try running out and see if I can alter my opinion on running

I already know that running is good and can help me lose weight and get faster and all that, but I got this book because I would like to know how to run smarter. If you are like me, you are probably wondering how can you run smarter, is it technique or gadgets? Well, the answer is a little bit of both.

This book will help you learn about the correct attire, equipment, and warm ups. The book has an important chapter about the FITT principle which is frequency of running, the intensity, time, and the type of running. I would recommend this to new runners like me.

Yes, this book got me to start running. I always thought that running as an exercise is boring but after reading this guide my mind is changed.
I like all the tips about warming up, cooling down and how to set a proper schedule.
Not only the exercise itself is covered in this book, but it also gives very useful tips about the right clothing and accessories.
Are you a confirmed runner or only thinking about it? I highly recommend this guide.

I started running on a daily basis 2 weeks ago, and believe me, after a simply running of 15 minutes you'll feel tired but proud of yourself! But, I decided to take the next level and take run seriously. So I found this book, that for me is simply great because there are so tips and techniques that I want to follow in the future.
I definitely recommend this book to everyone!

I really loved thus book, Running! I want to be a runner, but something has always stopped me, this book has re- motivated me to try again! It is full of information about warm ups and cool downs, how to practise running, where to run, equipment for running! This book has everything and I have loved reading how real runners do it! One day I want to be a real runner!
