One of the things I decided to do when I started working out was to run. I got my running shoes, the clothes and all. When I started to run I felt pain on my chest, and my shins. The later often made me stop. I thought running was as simple as just run until you are out of breath or get to your goal. Don't make the same mistake as me. Get this book and learn about the safety procedures, how to avoid injuries and many more important things that I didn't even think could happened when I started running. This is a must read in my list.

I always had trouble running in both speed and long distances. This book explained for me in a very simple way the basic idea of running and how to improve your running by time and practice. I always thought running is about power and muscles this book corrected that false idea for me

Not only does this book teach you how to burn fat fast by running but it also inspires you to get off of your butt and get out there and start working for the body you've always wanted. Highly Recommended

I love running! I do it every day. I enjoyed reading this book because it confirmed what I have been reading on running. One thing I liked the most about this is that it provided diets and exercises to develop muscles (such as squats, planks, and dead lifts), which is in line with my goal: to have a lean body. In addition, I have also been preparing for my first ever half marathon, and I found a few helpful ways to endure the distance. Also, I liked how the writer gave me the realization that running is cost-efficient. I definitely recommend this to all.
