Whether you have trouble sleeping, or want to sleep better for whatever reason then this book will help you out. You will get a better understanding of why we need to sleep and how sleeping disorders affects us all. Changing your sleeping pattern is not a good idea so keep that in mind, it is better to stick to one sleeping pattern to get the most rest otherwise you will spend more time trying to sleep than actually sleeping. The book also shows how our drinking and eating habits have an effect on how well we sleep along with other information like sleep medication.

This book was EXTREMELY helpful. It is short and to the point. Not a lot of filler. All good and useful information. This is exactly what I was looking for to get my sleep pattern back on track; I had no idea where to begin.

Alerting me to some of the potentially fatal consequences of not having proper sleep has strengthened my resolve to follow through with these tips... even some that I would not have used or considered before reading this book.

The book was very well written. Completely deserving of five stars.

This book, is really a must read by everybody specially those people who are experiencing difficulties in their sleeping. It is very informative because it tackles the necessary information related to sleep. From the importance of sleep to the different sleep disorders and to the strategies and techniques one should practice in order to have a better sleep. This book is also laid out in a very clever way in the sense that every reader would not experience any difficulties in grasping the information from the book. I really love this book and I’m sure that other people will love it too because it’s just simply helpful especially in today’s time when most people are being deprived of a good quality sleep due to a wide range of factors. With that being said, I definitely recommend this book for everyone to read because I know that it will help you gain knowledge on how to sleep better.

I've been really trying to get some quality sleep these days and the information in this helpful little book is just what I need to hopefully get a more satisfying and healthy life by getting that much needed rest. The first step I will be taking is to stick to a sleep schedule like the book suggested. Although the topic of this book is about sleeping better, it doesn't put the reader to sleep because of boredom - it's quite an interesting read.

Although somewhat short, this book contains a lot of information on how to get your best sleep possible. I found the strategies and tactics to use to set yourself up to get the best sleep very helpful. I also liked the information provided on how to find the right mattress because there were a few things I would have never thought of. By trying a few of the simple suggestions I find I am already sleeping a little better. Good information.
