Darrin Wiggins has written a very interesting book on how to overcome major eating disorders. He discusses emotional eating, food addiction and binging. You may also find this book helpful if you are the victim of night eating.

Some of the helpful section in this book include information on visualization to obtain emotional satisfaction.

What can I do to manage my stress?
How can you take back control of your life?
How do you get your mind off cravings?

Darrin answers these questions and more. He also explains how the body produces cortisol during stressful times and explains how this makes you crave sugary and fatty foods. He also explains how to tell the difference between emotional hunger and physical hunger.

If you find yourself in the vicious cycle of an eating disorder or have a love/hate relationship with food this book may help you. This book has practical tips that can help you be more successful at weight loss.

This book truly is a jewel when it comes to discussing the topic overeating. I found so many bits in here that just made total sense and i got many epiphanies as i was flipping the pages that truly help me a lot in my journey to better health and overcoming bad overeating habits.
Mindset, habits, diet tips, self esteem +++ it`s all there!

I know so many people who struggle with overeating and i will recommend it to them - Hope you get it too :-)

This was a very nice read! I've been dealing with binge eating for a while now and as you probably know, it's really difficult to overcome. Fortunately, I found this book! It's full of clear, precise, down to earth advice on how to overcome this issue in a fast, natural way. Go ahead and grab a copy! It's totally worth it.
