Will make you want kisses and cupcakes 13 février 2014
Par Tabby (Tantalizing Reviews) - Publié sur Amazon.com
Format: Format Kindle
Cole Brighton is the campus male slut. Roxy is the jaded, baker who's ex broke her heart when he cheated on her.

Brought together when Roxy moved in with her best friend's older brother, not because she was interested in him but because his apartment has an oven, where she can prepare for a baking competition. Roxy finds Cole, attractive yet disgusting as she watches female after female leave his bedroom. Cole however turns out to be more helpful than she thought, when her ex-boyfriend starts showing up, and Cole willingly pretends to be Roxy's new man. Roxy begins to realize that Cole might not be as bad as he seems, and Cole realizes that the playboy lifestyle doesn't compare to Roxy.

"I planted my Tampax right next to his razor. It was my way of saying, 'hello I have a vagina that your penis will never invade. I bleed once a month, and if you don't stay out of my way, chances are you will, too."

Addison has once again managed to combine laughs and body combusting hotness. Roxy and Cole reminded me of my boyfriend and myself, because when I met him I was the jaded, broken girl who has been hurt one too many times, and he is the sexy, athletic, bad boy who tends to love em' and leave em'. But looks can sometimes be deceiving. Sugar Kisses is about learning to let go, open up, and in some cases try to love for the first time. Sugar Kisses will touch on so many emotions leaving you with a sugar high.

Cole, Cole, Cole....oh how I love thee. lol. He is so adorable, with his manwhore ways and sensitive side. Roxy is a spunky, sarcastic, hurt woman who finds herself like most of us who've been hurt with walls up. I love their dynamic from the beginning, their banter and sexual innuendos, their impromptu kisses and temptations. I absolutely love this book and I especially love, in the end, the way Cole shows Roxy how he loves her. A bad boy turns good is always a great story and this was a perfect one.

4.5 Stars!

All of the Whitney Briggs crew is back for this third installment in the 3am Kisses series. Like the description points out though, you don’t need to read the other books to enjoy this one, although 3am Kisses and Winter Kisses are highly recommended.

Sugar Kisses focuses on Baya’s brother, Cole—the school’s “sex mascot” by day and a “cocktail architect” by night, and Roxy (sister of Ryder from Winter Kisses) who indulgences in creating “curved appendage” cupcakes to escape the pain of a bad break-up. Although Cole can’t get enough women, and Roxy has sworn off all men, the two find some common ground when it comes to escaping lovers from the past who simply won’t go away. Cole is hounded by an exuberant one-night stand he deflowered, and Roxy is pestered by her egoistical ex-boyfriend who, although he is dating the school’s new pop-star princess, keeps sniffing around. Throw in doubts from their friends, a baking competition, and orders for thousands of cupcakes and the pair must figure out if they have a recipe for disaster or for lasting love.

Like the previous books, there is lots of humor, fun sexual innuendos, and witty dialogue. A cute and fun read.

Terrible, don't waste your money 13 février 2014

This book was up there with some of the worst books I've ever read. It's the first time I have asked for a refund on a book, usually I will let it slide but this one really was bad. They went from not really talking to making out in a bar and then saying I love you all in what it seemed to be a very short amount of time. It was just so un realistic, and painful to read, I only got 50% of the way through before I couldn't handle any more. Save your money for a better book!!

I wasn't feeling it 17 juin 2014

Not real at all. They throw out "I love you" for no discernible reason. There was just no depth. Nothing for me to hold on to. I love many of Addison Moore's books, but not this one. I feel like I've lost precious time and I'm annoyed that I will never get it back. Skip this one, but don't skip Addison's other books.
