I would recommend reading my review from Tales of the Abyss: Asch the Bloody Volume 1 if you have not already read the first volume of the Asch the Bloody Manga. There's not too much more to say about this one. Basically, this is the second half of the Tales of the Abyss story, as told from Asch's point of view. You definitely want to have already played the game/seen the anime, because this manga moves FAST and does not explain everything that's going on nearly as well as the main story does(The game takes 40+ hours and the anime is 26 episodes, no filler... this manga is two volumes). My favorite part of volume two is that it gives some deeper insight into Asch's feelings for Princess Natalia, which are not developed as much in the game/anime. Unfortunately, the manga also crams the last quarter or so of the game into the last two chapters, and does not provide any closure on what happens to Asch after his fight with Luke(again, this is why you want to already be familiar with the main story). Overall, I'm really glad these mangas were made, and if you like Tales of the Abyss, definitely pick them up. Now I need to read the Jade mangas...
