I thought I knew about forgiveness, but this book took my understanding to a whole new level. Of all the books I've seen about forgiveness, this one was truly the best. It's very well-written, easy to understand, and the 5-step master plan it contains is second to none. If there is anyone in your life you are finding difficult to forgive, go get this book and read it as soon as you can.

The tools and concepts shared in this book by Doc Orman are powerful. If you can be totally honest with yourself and you are truly ready to learn to forgive someone, to move beyond that hurtful situation; this book is for you. Understanding the universal nature of human emotions, our 'hidden' programs and typical behavioral triggers are discussed in depth.

Thought patterns are identified which lead to understanding not only our own emotional reactions, but also the emotional reactions of others in virtually any situation where anger erupts. Recognizing our own habitual emotion driven behavior, our personal standards, our internal 'programs' and thought patterns helps us master the art of true forgiveness.

It's an excellent, well thought out guide.

Very thought provoking. Brings to mind the old adage: "When you point one finger, there are three fingers pointing back to you." This year's [unintended] theme (for me) has been "honesty" and this book is a quick read that expounded on that. Change your thinking, change your life!!!

Thank you Doc! I have really noticed the little things that were causing my anger. I have realized that I am mot in th other persons shoes and my index card has really helped me to justify why I need to let go of anger and to also forgive people .

Its one thing to experience your emotions and act accordingly but to identify the hidden causes and thoughts behind them gives you not only a sense that you have yet to finish having those feelings but to also to give u insight as how to finish going through the motions of why you feel that way and eventually pave the way in letting go ,moving on through forgiveness.
